1. No Return for Hygiene Reasons
As HORCH products are CLEANING & HYGIENE products (Liquid Detergent, Dish Wash Gel, Toilet Cleaner, Floor Disinfectant), for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns once the seal is broken or product is used. This is as per FMCG industry standards.

2. Eligible Return Cases
We will accept return/replacement ONLY if:
a) Wrong product delivered (e.g., you ordered Toilet Cleaner but got Floor Disinfectant)
b) Damaged / Leaked product received in transit (with unboxing video proof within 48 hours)
c) Expired product delivered

3. Return Process

• Inform within 48 hours of delivery via Email: horchind@gmail.com or WhatsApp: 9056713751 with Order ID, Photos and Video.
• Our team will approve within 24 hours.
• Do NOT use the product.
• Pickup will be arranged or we may ask you to self-courier.

4. Refund

• For approved cases, refund will be initiated within 5-7 working days after pickup and quality check.
• Refund mode: Same as original payment. For COD orders, refund via Bank Transfer/UPI.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable except when defect is from our side.

5. Cancellation Policy
a) You can cancel order before it is shipped (within 12 hours) – 100% refund, no questions asked.
b) Once shipped, order cannot be cancelled. You can refuse delivery, but Rs. 100 RTO charge will be deducted from refund.
c) To cancel, email horchind@gmail.com with Order ID.
