a) Products: HORCH Liquid Detergent 1 Litre (MRP 130), HORCH Dish Wash Gel 500 ML (MRP 100/-), HORCH Toilet Cleaner 500 ML (MRP 100), HORCH Floor Disinfectant 5 LT (MRP 200/-).
b) All prices are in INR and inclusive of all taxes unless stated otherwise. MRP is as per packaging.
c) We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and discontinue products without prior notice.
d) Product images are for representation. Actual color/fragrance may vary slightly due to natural ingredients.

3. Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. An order confirmation via Email/WhatsApp constitutes acceptance.

4. User Obligations
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt hacking, copy content, or use our logo EAST KING / HORCH without written permission. You must provide accurate address and phone number.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, logo (EAST KING with two lions and crown), HORCH name, packaging design, product images are intellectual property of EAST KING. Strictly prohibited from reproduction.

6. Limitation of Liability
Cleaning products should be used as directed on label. Keep away from children. Avoid contact with eyes. We are not liable for misuse, allergic reactions, or damage caused by not following instructions. Our liability is limited to the product price paid.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to jurisdiction of Courts in Ludhiana, Punjab.
