1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. Delivery time is 3-7 working days for Punjab and North India, 5-9 working days for rest of India. Remote areas may take longer.

2. Shipping Charges
a) Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 499.
b) Rs. 60 Shipping Charge for orders below Rs. 499.
c) For HORCH Floor Disinfectant 5 LT, extra Rs. 100 bulky shipping may apply due to weight.

3. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM). Orders placed on Sunday/Public Holiday will be processed next working day.

4. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive AWB Tracking Number via SMS/WhatsApp on 9056713751. Track on our website or courier website.

5. Delays
Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, festivals, or strikes. EAST KING is not liable for courier delays but will assist you.

6. Damaged in Transit
If parcel is visibly damaged, please make a video while opening and contact us within 24 hours on horchind@gmail.com with video. We will replace it.

7. Wrong Address
If you provide wrong address and product is returned (RTO), we will charge reshipping cost for resending.
